Allan ws wonderful, truly excptionl thru the whle purchase and delivery proces. Our pieces r exactly as describ’d, a bit lighter thn in the photos. We love them. They r very well made, sturdy and elegant. The 1 nightmare was the deliv. of our pieces, which took 2x as long as expected, NOT on acc’nt of irresponsibility of the co. or Allan, but that of the Transport. Co … who had hired a crazy drivr. Worst nightmare! HOWEV., Allen n co. cldn’t hve been mre gracious, accommod. & professional!!! Allen, monitoring from Egypt! even accept’d the driver’s exhortations so the merchandise would b delivered to us finally. It ws not gloved, door to dr delivery, anoth’r of the driver’s exhortations, bt we got our nice furnit from the crazy driver, thx to Allan.
